Where We Operate

We are actively seeking account managers across the globe, except in countries currently sanctioned by the U.S. government, including Cuba, Iran, Lebanon, Syria, North Korea, Libya, Sudan, and Somalia.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English and the native language of your territory.
  • Self-Motivation: A proactive and determined attitude.
  • Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills: The ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and efficiency in managing tasks.
  • Negotiation and Persuasion: Confidence and skill in closing deals and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

As a Blueport Agricultural Exports account manager, your duties will include:

  1. Developing new sales leads and establishing relationships with potential customers.
  2. Identifying clients’ needs and financial capabilities to tailor solutions.
  3. Advising clients on market conditions and commodity prices.
  4. Marketing and soliciting commodities to buyers and sellers.
  5. Preparing contracts, terms, and related documentation.
  6. Maintaining up-to-date listings of available commodities.
  7. Promoting sales through direct outreach and cold calling.
  8. Assisting clients with buying and selling in the agricultural market.
  9. Collaborating with your regional Blueport AgEx administrative office to provide quotes and ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Monitoring customer satisfaction regarding quality, price, and logistics.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role, offering exceptional earning potential for driven and successful individuals.
